Skookies!

So the other night Trevor and I stopped by Bed, Bath, and Beyond to pick up a birthday gift for his mom and we found this little treasure:We've had them over at Dave and Heidi's house before and OH MY they are so good! :) So I had to buy a set for us! Each of the two skillets makes a 5-6 inch cookie that you can top with ice cream and other deliciousness! I made the first one tonight and it was pretty darn delicious.

Shout hooray for easy, delicious desserts! ;)
